Employee newsletters and supervisor newsletters empower workers, help increase productivity, reduce behavioral risk, increase EAP Employee Assistance Program utilization, and offer a means to enhance soft skills, improve relationships, build morale, and encourage employees to seek help for personal problems. Newsletters for employees or supervisors are inexpensive and highly cost-beneficial tools, but unfortunately they are extremely difficult to maintain internally. We would say nearly impossible.
