Shipping and Returns -
Shipping Terms: All products are processed and shipped within five business days, however most purchases and requests are shipped within 48-72 hours. Please contact us if you have a special request for faster shipment, and we will try to accommodate you. We ship all sales and previews using U.S. Postal Service "Priority" for USA and itst territories. All shipments (purchases and previews) may include a "Signature Confirmation" required label with tracking number, which we retain for tracking purposes. We cannot send materials and products outside the United States.
Other Methods of Shipping: If requested by the customers, we may use an overnight or two-day shipping method. Extra charges may apply and must be paid in advance if you request this faster delivery method. We cannot guarantee shipments of products by a certain date under any circumstances and are not liable for loss or of any kind, financial or otherwise, that may be associated with your not receiving a product by a specified time.
Free Preview of Products: Free previews of products will include a free UPS ground return label for your convenience. It is your responsibility to use only this approved method for returning previewed products and retain the tracking number and receipt. If you choose to use another method of returning a product, safe return of the unpurchased product is solely at your risk. Lost or stolen products are billed accordingly. If you do not have a return shipping label, please phone us to replace the one we sent, or obtain one if it was not included with your order.
Refunds: Full refunds are guaranteed on any product for 90 days. Free trial newsletter are typically not billed, but before canceling your free trial subscription, we will ask if you wish to continue in order to send an invoice to continue. Subscription that are subsequently purchased may be cancelled at anytime during the first year with a full refund of the paid amount without questions or quibbles. Renewed subscriptions are subject to pro-rated refunds.
Shipping Policy: There are no shipping charges for previewed products, most of which may also be viewed online by request. However, purchased products may include a shipping and handling charge, but the maximum charge is $15 within the continental US or $20 for outside the USA, unless we notify you otherwise of a higher fee for shipping. Special requests for overnight shipping may, of course, include higher charges.

Declined Preview Requests: We may, at our sole discretion, refuse to allow a product to be previewed to any person or organization for any reason. In most instances, this is because the requesting person needs the product only for a one-time instructive purpose or research with no intention to buy it later. We may also refuse requests to preview a product where we believe a person has no intention of purchasing the product or for some other reason i.e.; no authority within their organization to make an independent purchasing decision; or has no ability to encumber funds for the purchase. Sending previews is expensive, so we try to curtail previews where we determine that the likelihood of a purchase is remote or nonexistent.
Price changes: We believe our prices are the lowest possible with the highest quality. DFA Publishing and Consulting, LLC strives to maintain prices at the lowest level. Occasionally, prices change without notice and may not be the same price found in a catalog that you may have received in the mail or found online.
